Prospective Students

Sussex County Technical School prepares high school students for success -- in the workplace, in further studies, and in life. Recognizing there are multiple pathways to success, Sussex Tech offers a myriad of programs to put students on the path to be lifelong learners.

According to a 2001 study, career and technical education graduates are 10-15 percent more likely to be in the labor force, and earn 8-9 percent more than graduates of academic programs.

Our career and technical education programs prepare students for the regional workforce and the ever-changing global economy. Through strong business partnerships and advisory committees, we are constantly changing and updating our programs to ready students both for the jobs of today and the jobs of tomorrow.

At Sussex Tech, academic subjects come to life in the classroom, providing real-world relevance when applied to career programs.

Whether graduating to further studies or directly to the workplace, students leave Sussex Tech on a clearer pathway to success.
